“Female staff are amazing !!”
Hina is very lovely always giving great customer service with a bright smile. Never had any issues anything I needed she’s always accommodated. This is also the case with Deborah and toyin they have bright smiles and I’ve never seen them look unhappy once. Great people and great energy

“Great staff, let down by their surroundings”
Couldn’t fault the staff, Asif, Supriya and the lady at breakfast (who was run off her feet btw) were great. The room was spotless also, so no complaints there.
