“A good stay”
The premier inn was to a good standard and very clean. Alison was a warm and welcoming presence when I turned up to the hotel and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and I can't find a fault with my stay on this cold winter evening!

“Perfect for my need”
Attentive staff, clean room and very nice overall service . Restaurant within walking distance and were well priced . Small play area to keep kids happy . Next to a petrol station. Staff felt with additional bedding when it was needed . Would recommend to many others in need of accommodation

“Easy to find”
Very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful, especially Alison who welcomes everyone with a smile. Having a Brewers Fayre, Asda fuel station, and a Maccy D's was really useful. Really easy to find, just follow the services sign from the Isle of Sheppey Road.

“As expected”
Overall an as expected premier inn experience. William and Sarah on reception were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed in room 63, it is next to the railway line so, which is noisy and pretty regular. That’s the only reason for not giving it 5 stars.

“Clean, comfortable & reasonably priced.”
Comfortable bed. Clean room. Lovely staff. The only negative was the room was a little tired, but this didn't detract from our stay, and we have already booked again for November. You can also choose whether to have the room cleaned and towels changed.
