“The perfect blend of cool and friendly”
I had a gorgeous stay. Comfy bed, every member of staff was helpful and warm. I loved the bar, the food, the spa the pool facilities - all fantastic. A special shout out to Janina at Laguna who gave the perfect massage and really made my stay. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I’ll be back. C… more

“Sunrise Spa Package at the Park Plaza Cardiff”
We booked the Sunrise deal it was fab breakfast at 8am was excellent, really good all body massages with Naomi & Janina followed by hours in relaxation room with tea & water, quick dip and steam room. Very relaxing morning. The staff & facilities were all great throughout the hotel.

“Very disappointing - what has happened to this once quality hotel”
Very disappointed. This hotel used to be something very special. Rooms and restaurant are looking tired and dated. Very disappointed with the breakfast, which is buffet style.
