“I love Ibis Cardiff Gate”
It's got large spacious rooms, polite staff, conveniently set in a services. Their menu also has good food. We've stayed there many times. It's always affordable and clean. Reception and housekeeping are always friendly.

“Fabulous Staff”
The staffs went beyond to help me as I was lost on the way to walking to the hotel and one of the staffs came all the way to take me to the hotel. Great place with free parking, right on the Services. Toby Carvery is a 3 minute walk away, although not a great walk as no footpath. “Been to better Ibis hotels”
We’ve stayed at a lot of Ibis hotels and this one was probably one of the most disappointing. It really needs refurbishing. The furniture in the rooms is old and damaged and the bar area was similarly ‘tired’. Also breakfast wasn’t up to the usual Ibis standard with less choice and some of the cook… more
