Situated in an ideal location close enough to the centre while being far enough away. Car parking is very handy literally 1 minute walk. The staff were excellent and although very busy were helpful and attentative whenever you needed anything. The cleanliness was very high , the rooms were what you expect from a city centre premier inn. Maybe a bit more tea and coffee, but we could have got more, probably had we asked. Good selection at the bar. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment. Ideal for short city centre stay. The staff were a credit to wales, and I will certainly be back.

This is a really good Premier Inn. The rooms are great and the beds are super comfy as always. It's very clean everywhere. The staff are always friendly, but we do love the self check in too. This is a really good Premier Inn. The rooms are great and the beds are super comfy as always. It's very clean everywhere. The staff are always friendly, but we do love the self check in too. The bar is great and has a good atmosphere in the evenings. Breakfast is always tasty and plentiful. Yes the location is a little out of the way, but it's very easy to get to when arriving or leaving Cardiff, then just a short taxi/ drive into the town centre or anywhere else in Cardiff. Would definitely recommend.

The heating in the 2 rooms did not work and were rather cool for February Automated check in was challenging and very timeconsuming (the customer deserves something better and a warm welcome not directed to a check in booth) Food was disappointing – freezer to microwave and quite tasteless and overdone in some cases. “Stuffy room”
The Premier inn, is comfortable and clean. There is a bar and restaurant. The staff were all friendly, helpful and informative. That said there were a couple of annoying things. The Premier inn, is comfortable and clean. There is a bar and restaurant. The staff were all friendly, helpful and informative. That said there were a couple of annoying things. We only had one set of towels in our room, I asked at reception, and she said they would send some up, they never came. The poached eggs at breakfast were very underdone, I thought this might have been a one off, so ordered them the next day, they were underdone also. The windows in the rooms are locked. I suppose this is to stop smoking/vaping in the rooms. However, a sticker on the windows state they have very sensitive smoke detectors. The windows in the corridors are open however, they have a little connection that only allows the window to open a certain amount. Why not have those in the bedrooms? I am a light sleeper, and like fresh air otherwise I find it stuffy. The sticker on the window also says that the air con keeps the air moving, ( or words to that affect). Aircon is not fresh air and is noisy for a light sleeper. So little sleep was had unfortunately.stuffy
