“Fabulous stay”
Could not fault this hotel.Staff at reception were very helpful and Richard looking after us.Car parking is right next door to the hotel although it is very difficult to find as the navigation system takes you into John Lewis car park and there are bus lanes everywhere.There was a lovely atmospher… more

Been here a few times. I’ve now sussed how to get to the chargeable underground car park having failed miserably previously. “Not the best stay”
Unfortunately not the best stay. There was no information in the rooms for you to read. Couldn't connect to the WiFi so spoke to reception who gave us an access code which then worked but it would be easier if they was given at the start of in an information book in the room.
