“The rooms really needs a makeover”

We mostly stay with Radisson wherever we go, and this Hotel does not align with what we're used to. The location is great. Guests at Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bloomsbury say: I was in a solo room #309. The TV sometimes did not work, it would just have some kind of interference. The bed was quite comfy, but it had a cloth headboard which was dirty. I had to cover it with a towel to be able to put my head against it. The only reading lamp was kind of attached to the wall, but it was broken at a joint, and kept popping off upside down, so it was a balancing act to keep it up so I could read. The closet with the fridge was very dusty and the door did not latch which meant the light in the closet did not go off. I had to rig a piece of cardboard in the door so it would close. The hangers in the closet were very, very dusty, and I had to dust them before I could hang any clothes. There was a tiny fridge, barely kept the water cold. The fridge overheated the little closet, not so good. On the positive side, the staff were very professional and friendly and helpful, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was not bad for such a small room either. I loved the window, had a view of a room opposite, so not perfect - but it opened. I expected the room to be tiny, this is London after all, but small touches would be nice. Replace the headboard, and replace the bedside lamp, and DUST. It's not cheap to stay at this hotel, so I expect it to be decent, if not luxurious.
