“Great value”
Excellent budget hotel Easy to park tho the reception is a bit tucked away. Plenty of free spaces. Met at reception by LeYvonne & Salim who were both brilliant, professional and helpful. “Above and beyond..!”
I'm not a great one for reviews, but in this case I feel that some staff have gone so far beyond the norm. that I had to write one. We have stayed here a few times before and always been happy, but this visit required quite a bit of getting around and advice from someone with experience of the City… more

“Good hotel, great staff”
Brilliant reception staff. Supper friendly and flexible. Kirsty and Char helped us with a few extra wine glasses and sorted out rooms near each other with no issues. Really friendly. Hotel is a travelodge, it does exactly what it needs to. Clean, back, good location.

“Poor show to change hotels even with Rooms free”
We usually book the Travelodge in central Portsmouth but I mistakenly booked the wrong place I tried to phone costing about £20 to change with no success so I tried on the day there was vacancies but even then the admin charge was to much so been a regular user I found this poor
