“Wedding stay”

Went for my wedding and the rooms was lovely spacious and clean, the staff are really friendly and helpful me and my now wife will happily come back here again and maybe even try to use the other features that the Hotel has to offer like having a wine and dine night down at the Fishbone

Excellent service and comfort for the. Money the room was fantastic and beds are the most comfortable the staff are very helpful I would highly recommend staying here whenever I go to Plymouth I now only stay at Future Inn thank you very much

“Ideal hotel for a short trip”

Very comfortable room & hotel, ideal for our trip to nearby hospital & good value. Staff very obliging & helpful throughout & particularly when we suddenly needed an extra night. Pleasant restaurant with good service & a varied menu, would stay here again.

“Spotless and Reasonably Priced”

Upon arrival (Thursday 14th November) at the Future Inn late evening we went to reception and were check in by the man on the desk. He was straight to the point, took the money, asked for a signature, handed us the room cards and told us which floor etc. This was fine and we didn't need anything else, until we arrived at our room and found the cards didn't work; we tried all ways. So after a tiring journey, I went back down to reception and dealt with a lovely lady who was also on reception. She was very welcoming and reassuring and changed the cards. She then showed me how to use them, by inserting and taking out and a green light would come on. She also told me that one of the cards needed to be inserted into the electricity slot inside the door. We would have had no idea about any of this if it wasn't for this very kind lady as we haven't stayed in a travel inn for a long time.....The room was spotlessly clean, with lovely crisp white bedding and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't sleep that well as the air conditioning fan roared all night.....The next morning, my husband had to leave before breakfast for an early appointment and went to breakfast on my own, which is something I never normally have to do when away. Dan, the guy in the dining room as so welcoming and helpful, I felt totally at ease and enjoyed a really good breakfast. The quality of the food was excellent and cooked well. I sat not too far away from the toasting machine and decided to have another piece of toast after my cooked breakfast and while waiting, the waitress came to my table and started to clear it. She clearly didn't check and I had left my coffee and orange juice along with my side plate ready for my next piece of toast. I called to her to say I hadn't finished from no more than 6 feet away and she put my plate down again. Common sense should have made her realise that there may be a person nearby. It wasn't busy at this time as it was almost 9am. All in all, our stay was very good for the purpose and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting this area. I can highly recommend Dan and the lady on the right of reception with fair hair in a ponytail. Thank you both for your kind hospitality.
