“A fantastic night alone reviewing the Campanile”
There was 2 bins, a towel, the food was hot and I had a coca cola with it. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and only one light worked. I got a bus to arrive. I had my meal and went back to the room and stayed all night. I was allowed to leave before my check out time.

“Lack of attention to detail”
The lift was out of order so I had to walk upstairs to the second floor. To be fair, one of the staff offered to help with my bags. However the room was not ready. The TV didn't work because the remote was faulty, so I went back downstairs to report this. Another staff member accompanied me back up… more

“Disappointed”
Lift not working, didn’t feel safe using the sockets in the room as plugs didn’t fit properly and one had scorch marks on it,someone else’s hair on the bed and the bath was dirty and small,but on the plus side bed was comfortable and room was warm.

“Car park charge!”
The car park is not free! It is now operated by one of the shark high-charging types, independent of the hotel. Pay on arrival just £2:20 a day, or face horrible fine!
