“A pleasurable visit..”
We arrived & were welcomed warmly by Nick & Oakley. The room was very nice, clean & very comfy beds too, surprisingly quiet considering it was the centre of town. “Lovely accessible hotel, right next to Reading station.”
The hotel is lovely, fully accessible and the staff, including Joanna on reception, were wonderful. Being so close to Reading Station makes Evenings out in London, very easy. “A business night with friends”
Excellent service and food, slept as a baby. Staff is wonderful, thank you Anna and Ionna 🙏 had dinner in the bar in evening with friends I had seen for a while, we brought up old memories, and build future plans. Staff was really good to us, we luuuuved the place

“Great hotel for Business”
Great staff, really comfortable beds - generally stay here 5 nights or more every month. Reception and bar staff couldn't be more helpful. Perfectly positioned for the train station and town center. Rooms at the back of the hotel are generally a bit quieter.

“Fabulous hotel & great location.”
What a fantastic place - friendly helpful staff- Stella particularly on reception & the young girl on the bar. Lovely rooms, great ambience. Super comfy mattress bed! I will return soon. Loved the happy hour & bar snacks. Superb central location next to station.
