“Amazing”
Lilly has been an amazing host for our Christmas party attending to our every need. For example, our colleagues required some assistance and lilly was there to assist and accommodate the best way possible, so thank you very much lilly, very much appreciated 🙏🏽

“Terrible bland room, lacking in the basic things we'd expect.”
It's not often I ring reception within 5 minutes of getting to my room to see if they have a better one, but this was my experience last week.
