“Great place to eat”
Stopped at the hotel just for food on a cycling tour. Hadn't booked just came across it by chance. Great food and friendly staff. The smash burger was just the ticket after a day in the saddle and good value. Would love to come back and stay rather than camping in the woods 😁

Really lovely, friendly, chatty staff who made you feel really welcome. Great communication prior and during our stay. “Fantastic food!”
We stayed overnight with our motor home and ate dinner in the restaurant. We had the mixed bonbons to start, which was a trio of red and white pudding and haggis, each with their own sauce. Lovely place, stopped for first night of NC500 trip. Nicely tucked out the way so it's quiet, plenty of parking (round the back for the bike).
