“Warmest of welcomes”

“Great service ”
Food was a little limited due to supply issues but this was made up for by great service in the restaurant, my steak was cooked to perfection and also good range of real ales thanks Grover for great service, I will be back 😁 looking forward to breakfast

“Good location”
Good location for town, comfortably bed, house keeping not up to speed room a little dusty, and found someone's vibrater behind chair. Restaurant very poor, half the items not available and service not good enough. We saw guest having food delivered from outside, now we know why.

Room great, clean, comfy, really lovely. Breakfast poor, no buffet as advertised, no pastries, no yoghurt, not worth the money. We were there at 9am on a monday, so not towards the end of breakfast. We have stayed at this hotel several times and been happy each time, but this time less so.
