“Excellent Service Shannon Wilson”
Shannon Wilson was as always an excellent member of staff,. The service at Starbucks is always first class and I cannot commend them enough. I always get great coffee and fantastic customer care, and i would highly recommend this Starbucks to any traveller.

I love getting a pre or post workout Flat White at Starbucks, as well as a “thank goodness it’s Friday” pick me up. “Brilliant”
Had a lovely one night stay at hotel Fri 25 th oct and on the eve we done the Motown tribute night, there was 8 ladies and we had an amazing time from arriving and leaving. “Fine horel but unfriendly, rude check in”
I found the rooms, bar and hotel in general to be fine. Ate in the bar, no issues with the food or service. Location is also convenient. Unfortunately, I found the female, blonde staff member on check in to be rude, abrupt and unfriendly. This was the only negative of my stay.

“Location good but overall disappointing”
Hotel needs decent sound proofing, you hear absolute everything. Including neighbouring rooms, hand dryers, people peeing, kids running around corridors!! Housekeeping needs improving - we had hair in the bath plug hole and surfaces were not the cleanest
