“Great stay”
The hotel experience was 100% great. So we had a large dog, and my wife is disabled. They helped me with my wife when ever I needed any assistance. “Sunday lunch with great service!!”
Booked for Sunday lunch after a busy Christmas period. Tessie was looking after us and what a fantastic experience she gave us. Food was lovely, but the way she took care of us was what made the visit memorable. Thank you so very much. Would visit again with hopes of having her be our server again!!

All good we had signature sweet . Rooms getting a little tired. Had Christmas dinner unfortunately had to wait nearly an hour between starter and main meal. Meal was average for price. “Still one of the best in Newcastle”
Staff were friendly and efficient, from checking in to checking out. The room was comfortable with good facilities - if anything, it was too large, with the furniture not filling it, it lacked a little atmosphere. I'd go for a smaller room next time.
