“Excellent”
Once again 2 lovely night's stay before holiday and after. Lovely clean rooms comfy beds and slept well. Staff are so helpful and kind, the meal in restaurant was lovely too. So close to airport it's worth staying there for comfort and the warm feeling you get well done 😁

“Not just a good hotel....but wonderful staff”

“Extortionate car park charge”
Great hotel .next to airport and metro. Rooms nice and big and clean. Lovely hotel but what let's it down is it's rip off 20 pound a night car park charge. Next door at premier inn it is 9 pound a night.pure extortion. They would still make a killing at 10 pound a night. Premier inn for me next … more

“Convenient but needs a refresh”
Spacious if dated rooms, very convenient for terminal as basically next door. Rooms need a refresh as lots of things not working/dated - eg bathroom extractor fan, heated mirror, no power sockets by the bed (just buy some laps with USB outlets in), dirty ironing board.
