“Good food, comfortable beds, excellent service!”
This hotel was excellent! Our twin bedded room had the bathroom far enough away from the bedroom so as not to disturb each other . The beds were comfortable . “Weekend at the races ”
Hotel close to the town, walking distance to the shops & train station. About 25 minutes walk to the racecourse. Clean room , comfortable. Breakfast ok. Nice friendly staff. Good base for a weekend in Newbury. Would stay here again. Free parking for guests staying.

I loved the hotel...it def has character. Despite the room being on a tilt. I found the room to be clean, and welcoming.
