“Fantastic Service - Special Mention to Chris”
Fantastic service from Chris, all staff were very friendly and adaptable! Triple room was spacious and clean. Bar area also big with a 24 hour menu. Reception were able to book taxis for us too. Would definitely book to stay at the Townhouse again!

Clean and tidy staff friendly and florinda,very helpful at breakfast very nice hotel central location very nice staff very helpful very near Chinatown and the arndale centre rooms are very big nice bathrooms and showers nice view and very warm

“December stay”
Lovely service from Florinda & her team. Room was very spacious & clean. Staff made you very welcoming. The meeting room was well lit & excellent refreshments would stay again next time visiting Manchester. Only negative would be need more ramps for manoeuvring your cases.
