“Another Great Stay”
Another great stay at The Lowry which is always a treat for my mum- really comfortable and large rooms. Check in was simple and Loronza was really friendly and she allocated us a lovely room. “Afternoon tea”
We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea here today which was a gift from a friend. The service was excellent from both Denilson and Shrena, who explained this was her second day of working at the Lowry Hotel. Thank you both for making our treat so memorable

“Excellent dinner and service”
Went for Sunday dinner. Absolutely wonderful and our waiter Denilson was first class. Very attentive and couldn’t do enough to make it a wonderful experience. The food was lovely in a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely come back again. Thank you !

“Above and beyond!”
Wow! What an amazing afternoon tea. Absolutely first class. As for our waiter Denilson, he deserves 10 stars! So attentive, yet unobtrusive. Great sense of humour and determined to give us the very best experience. He succeeded! We’ll be back and bring friends.
