“Unexpected visit”
An unexpected business meeting meant a visit to Manchester. After a quick look through booking.com there was an amazing deal to stop here. Upon arriving the check in desk was busy, however a lovely member of staff called Kyan had seen us walking through and took us to another desk to check-in. Afte… more

“One of the best hotels”
We went for two nights and had breakfast included in our stay. The spa was amazing they provided everything we could have asked for, the breakfast was a buffet and they had plenty of options. “Lovely stay but problematic bed.”
A truly beautiful hotel, very pleasant staff and very welcoming staff. Other than the mattress being way to firm for both me and my partner, we had a great time at the hotel.

“Nice hotel in great location”
Beautiful building and lobby, great location. Service not up to its 5-star rating. Rooms also not as nice as the hotel itself.
