On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Amazing stay”
We booked here as we were going to a wedding at Victoria warehouse and this was in stumbling distance! Checked in as paid for early check in and we got upgraded for free. The receptionist guy was lovely. Got to our room which was really lovely and clean and spacious. Bed was sooooo comfy had the best night sleep! Very quiet! Paid for breakfast and that was amazing! Staff were really nice. All in all a great stay. Thanks so much

“Excellent stay - as always”
Absolutely 5 star. Great hotel, so comfortable , clean and welcoming. The food (meal deal) was amazing as were the 2 for £12 cocktails. The hotel was very busy but the staff were amazing. Special mention to staff member Jo Kelly who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable

“Fantastic stay”
Arrived at this hotel last week, in the early hours was greeted by Lawrence, he was super friendly and polite - fantastic customer service. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Had a fantastic stay will be back.

“Cheap and cheerful overnight stay.”

Had a hospital appointment so had travelled a very long way. It was easy to find and good location to the hospital itself, only 15 mins away. Room was spacious, cheap and cheerful. As expected for a premier inn the bed was comfy and we didn’t experience any big issues. We did the meal deal which was good value and our toddler ate breakfast free. Food all tasty and plentiful. The only thing worth mentioning to improve upon was the cleanliness of the bath, I needed to give it a clean myself before bathing my child. Hair and dirt mostly. Hence the 4 stars not 5.

I want to start by saying I use premier inn A LOT and never been dissapointed ! And I will keep going as their mattress are the best. The staff was amazing, super helpful and friendly so this review have nothing to do with the staff. I always go to Premier Inn and book a normal room but this time I wanted to « treat » ourselves and therefore decided to book a premier inn PLUS room for the first time. Big mistake… both side tables had some stain and damages. The carpet had stains. All together it felt like a cheaper looking version of a normal premier inn room and much less up to standard which is weird for a PLUS room. I will go back to Premier Inn but I believe the PLUS room will be the first and last time I booked.
