As you would expect from a Premier Inn all is clean , tidy and working. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful Ate in the restaurant- nachos as a starter somewhat disappointing but had pizza for my main and it more than made up for it - delicious . Super easy (and included) parking at the NCP literally next door on Regent Street Would highly recommend.

“Was overall good”

had a really nice stay at Premier Inn room was spacious, had a sofa bed and a double which was more than needed but lovely to have all that extra space. had a really nice stay at Premier Inn room was spacious, had a sofa bed and a double which was more than needed but lovely to have all that extra space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Premier Inn anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“GREAT LOCATION BUT...”

I like this hotel. Whenever I stay in Luton I stay here, primarily due to its excellent central location which is perfect for the reasons why I frequently visit Luton. However, some things really irk me about this and most Premier Inns: Shower. The new 'rainfall showers' are fixed to the wall six foot off the floor and their heads cannot be adjusted or removed from their fixings. How are you meant to rinse off your dangly bits and the soles of your feet? At least when the showers were fixed above baths you could use the water from the bath taps below to rinse your feet. If the new showers had decent pressure it wouldn't be so bad but invariably the pressure and consequently flow are poor to say the least. Toilet. Why do I have to bring my own toilet rolls? If anyone from Premier Inn bothers to read this, do you have toilet ROLLS at home or do you have the non 'rolls' that you provide in your hotels? I'm guessing you have proper rolls...for good reason. Refreshments. Okay, the days of providing a 'free' biscuit have long gone. But if you know you have a couple staying for two nights, why do you only provide two tea bags? And four tiny pots of milk, sufficient for a cup of tea each? On the assumption a couple would like a cup of tea on both mornings, how about doubling up on your meagre offering? I appreciate further supplies are available downstairs, but that is a faff when the room is several floors above. Room. Why do I have to ask for my room to be serviced? Normally I don't bother if I'm only in town for a couple of nights but I asked reception on Saturday morning, I was told the room would be serviced, but when I returned later that night it hadn't been done. This is a pain when the towels are left on the floor, as instructed, but then have to be reused. Yep, I could have gone back down several floors to sort out at reception but I don't like faffing about, especially late at night when I'm tired. But the location is great. Oh, and the staff at this hotel are particularly friendly. And the car park is right next door and it's free-of-charge to PI guests. But please, at least provide guests with toilet rolls and sufficient tea bags for a couple of cups each (I will continue to bring supplies of both until such time as you see the light). But most importantly Luton Town thrashed Watford so I am a lot happier than this review might suggest.
