One night pre flight stay. Hotel is well located - walkable to the terminal (about 10 mins), though initially a bit of an uphill drag if your suitcases are heavy. Room slightly below standard for this class of airport hotel we’d say, as somewhat on the small side. We had only two medium sized suitcases and space around the bed was limited. Also no room safe was something of a surprise. Bathroom clean, also on the pokey side. Excellent walk-in shower though. Good buffet breakfast in bright/airy dining area. With all the above said the stand out element of our stay were the lovely staff. Everyone from the reception desk through to the bar and restaurant was bright, cheerful, helpful, engaging and professional. Just how it should be but so often it’s not the case. So overall, not an above average hotel but a well above average experience. Thank you to all that made it so.

“Handy for the airport, clean and overall a decent hotel”

We stayed for 1 night as part of a weekend trip to London. Flying out of Luton early in the morning made this an ideal choice. We stayed for 1 night as part of a weekend trip to London. Flying out of Luton early in the morning made this an ideal choice. Clean and centrally located with a bus stop immediately outside for the airport transfer bus or you can walk it in about 10 mins. We checked in late and were given room 240. A nice room with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed hadn’t been made up for the wee one but we mentioned this at reception and they rectified that for us whilst we ate in the restaurant. The food was reasonably priced for a hotel and whilst not Michelin star, it was wholly acceptable. A big shout out to Les. He came over and made a big fuss over the little one…gave her a couple of pictures to colour in and some colouring pencils. He later came back with a folder he keeps with all drawings previously submitted. He told her that he would be keeping hers too which made her smile and he rewarded her efforts with a big bag of sweets…it made her night so If the hotel management see this, please pass on our thanks. He’s a credit to your hotel’s customer experience. The only complaint I have is that the room was warm and the Air con was not really working so it made it a tad stuffy and uncomfortable. There was a fan in The room but recirculating already stuffy air doesn’t resolve the issue. Otherwise it was a pleasant overnight stay

“Okay for one night”

A budget priced hotel with budget facilities. This was ok for one night, but very basic with small rooms. The fact that the aircon had failed made matters worse. The staff were friendly and did what they could. The beds and pillows were good as was the food.
