“Birthday celebrations”
Special birthday stay at this lovely hotel. We were given a free ‘Stairway to Heaven’ cocktail which was very nice. Extremely friendly staff and good food. We were given a room for disabled which wasn’t necessary so next stay I will definitely request a non-disabled room. Also ask for a room overlo… more

“Good but not great”
During my stay another guest (or guests) brought their own personal 'fixers' who were a major distraction for the staff and a detractor for other guests. “Great room, pity about food”
Food and service in loughside very poor on a Saturday night. Room 105 great with lough views. Plenty of walking trails.

“Poor food and service .”
A nice hotel In beautiful settings but the food quality and service let it down. We paid a lot of money and don’t feel we got the 5 star experience.
