“Amazing, impeccable! You have to come here at least once in your life.”
The service is absolutely impeccable , truly a comforting experience, the decor is divine. The staff are so wonderful, especially Abdul (M) he is so kind and tended to our table, he is a joy to be around, very passionate in his job and amazing!

The staff was very nice and very friendly!!! Loved it !! Also the housekeeping was very cute with the small postcard at the door. “Nice hotel but service is disappointing”
Maybe I am expecting too much for a 4-star hotel. The location is very nice, close to Tower of London and Tower bridge. Easy to get to other tourist sites by the Tube.
