“Hazera on reception very good”
Great stay made even better by reception staff. I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past few weeks and the staff really are outstanding especially Hazera on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and very professional throughout.

“Great location but overall not as good as I expected from a HDT”
Staff were great but overall looking a bit tired. Carpets in corridors looked well worn, some small marks on bedroom walls but the main issue was the bedding - ill-fitting duvets, sheets and pillow cases and one duvet (not cover) had stains which looked remarkably like blood.
