“Fabulous!!”
This hotel was amazing. A real experience in a proper hotel with fabulous customer service, the staff were friendlyand efficient. In a great location next door to station and in the centre of Leeds. Great value for money. Can't wait to return.

“Perfect location”
Perfectly located, lovely helpful staff and incredibly nice and very clean and comfortable rooms. Only problem was as it was so near Christmas it was very busy with office parties so we couldn't get booked into the restaurant or get anywhere near the bar. “Xmas night away”
Absolutely stunningly beautiful hotel. Only two minor complaints which are that the fridge didn't work and the bin hadn't been emptied from the previous guests. Other than that though wow. Will definitely be back. All staff extremely polite and helpful.
