“Lovely hotel x”
Beautiful hotel with such friendly staff.Rooms are spacious and beds so comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant within the hotel. “Great hotel, well worth a visit”
Excellent service as always. Room bright and airy. The view from the 14th floor of the Xmas market and the animated display projected onto The Queens hotel was amazing. Facilities in the room very good. Breakfast plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and attentive. So good we stayed an extra night!

“Great location / Disappointing Breakfast”
Good location, close to Train Station and Main bus station. Staff friendly and welcoming. Very easy check in. My room was on the 12 floor. Great view from there. “The good and the not so good”
We stayed in a suite on the 20th floor and generally the rooms were fine. However there were no bedside lamps and only 1 coat hanger for the 2 of us. The beds were comfy but it’s just not what I was expecting. Needs a review by management I think. The breakfast was good but coffee served not great.… more
