“Lovely time with friends”
Lovely crisp bedding and fluffy pillows. Very welcoming staff on reception and in the bar. Good selection at breakfast. A good place to stay in Leeds very near the station and shops. Only criticism room was a little cold but reset heating control and it improved.

My girlfriends and I had a pleasant three night stay here. The location couldn't be more convenient for the railway station and the Arcades, market, shops and restaurants. “Great hotel - surprised after other reviews”
So I was worried about staying here after reading the reviews but it was really nice. We booked a superior room. “Multiple experience here is getting worse”
Love the location here as a big plus. The major downsides with this, 3rd time here was the lifts. Either not working properly os just too many people trying to use. Also the rooms are looking tired now, no usb ports on the plugs. Breakfast was OK but juice and pastries weren't refilled. They should… more
