“Exceptional service!”
Really enjoyable stay went for boyfriends 21st, particular thanks to lovely Oliver at the Calvery Grill, who made it so so special! He sang happy birthday and brought out a surprise which was so kind! Thanks to all for an amazing stay, would stay again!!

“Birthday treat at Oulton”
I visited Outlon for my birthday and the service was lovely! All the staff were great, the facilities were working fab and it was the perfect break. My partner and I enjoyed our time and even received a special birthday sweet treat after dinner :)

“Absolutely fantastic”
The hotel was amazing and the room was so comfortable. Had a few drinks in the bar and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Chris T in particular was fantastic. His service was on point and his customer care skills second to none. Will definitely be coming back.

“A lovely Spa break”
We had a brilliant stay. The spa is very good and the treatments were wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The food was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the billing system. There were things on the bill that shouldn't have been on.… more

“Pretty Average For The Price - Look Elsewhere”
Room pretty average for the price in contrast to other local hotels, food overpriced also in contrast to local hotels. Staff were very professional, Chris in the Champagne Bar made up the difference in returning for dinner or eating at other pubs locally. Will will stay again?... probably not, be… more
