“One very satisfied group visit”

“Holiday inn,really…….”
Standards need to be raised at this hotel.Family room,no sofa bed made up,2 cups,2 towels,wet carpet near door/bathroom?Arrogant receptionist who couldn’t be bothered checking if our room was ready at 14:50.Also shower tray was in need of a good scrub.We won’t be going back.They could have been sho… more
