“Ray & oscar”
Thank you hilton on having two very polite gentleman on your staff. Ray and oscar were very professional and went out of their way to help us. Drinks were very well presented and tasted excellent. We will definitely return here and recommend this to are friends and family.

“Excellent and Professional Staff”
Really excellent hotel. Thanks to Dave who got breakfast for me as I had a very early start. A fantastic member of staff he went above and beyond and the details do count. I had a fantastic room overlooking the canal which was really comfortable and very good value.

“Exceptional as always”
Cannot fault the double tree. It is always our choice when we visit Leeds. Was a bit dismayed when our work said it was out with our new budget .
