“Excellent night away and highly recommend!”
My partner and I were gifted a night away at Higher Trapp for my birthday. We had the “girlie room” which was lovely, spacious and much to my delight had an air con unit and a fan. “Starr and Charlie's wedding”
Went to our lovely friends wedding the staff were very helpful and attentive nothing was no problem for them Holly and Megan at front desk were very helpful in anything we needed we would highly recommend and be back again the rooms were spacious and looked well maintained

Excellent value for money. We had an overnight all inclusive stay last night. Due to a mistake I had made we were very grateful that Holly was on reception. She was patient, polite very helpful. “A really enjoyable stay”
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff do go out of their way to serve the guests and they all work hard. Friendly too. We had a room overlooking the garden and the tea and coffee facilities were very good. It's a 3 star hotel so we didn't expect luxury and there was no fridge or safe.... more

“Disappointing”
Visited with a friend. Had the steak pie but it was literally hunt the steak in the pie. Very disappointed. Did I complain to the staff. No. I would normally, however the staff were so lovely and this is the reason why and also hence the 3 stars and not lower.
