“Excellent!”
The staff were welcoming, helpful and provided efficient service. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel location was excellent within walking distance to the Liverpool docks, restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant serves delicious meals and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
