Me and my partner recently stayed at the apartments for 5 weeks. The apartment was like home from home, modern and very spacious, comfy beds and amazing views of the city. Our housekeepers were brilliant, the room was kept immaculate during our stay and if we needed anything extra like bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc we could just ask nothing would be a problem. The girls Laura, kellie, Hannah and Sam are just amazing, they truly know how to treat their guests like family and are so friendly and helpful. With this apartments being pet friendly we brought our cat, during the first few weeks I was going to work so we was worried about how he was, the girls would go and check up on him for us to put us at ease (and also Mickey at ease) this is something we really appreciated and if you was wanting to go somewhere where your pets are treated so beautifully then this is the pet friendly apartment for you. This apartment was booked due to us having to leave our home due to flooding, liaising with Laura and Laura was made so simple and effortless from booking my stay to sorting out things like invoices - this was really helpful as this is something I’ve never had to do before and made me feel really at ease and a time where I could of been really stressed. I honestly couldn’t praise this place enough we had such a wonderful stay, we didn’t feel like guests checking out we felt like we was leaving the family home 😂 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the staff at premier suites you are all amazing!!! “Great family accommodation”

We have just returned from a night away at the premier suites (Liverpool). We had a 2 bedroom flat which was perfect for our set up (2 adults and a teenager). We have just returned from a night away at the premier suites (Liverpool). We had a 2 bedroom flat which was perfect for our set up (2 adults and a teenager). Both rooms were big double rooms and the fact we had 2 separate bathrooms was a huge plus (although the bigger bathroom was a tad dated). The living space was well equipped and clean and was an enjoyable space to chill after a full day in Liverpool. Excellent location, only a 5/10 minute walk to the Christmas markets. Staff could not do enough for us and were very accommodating. Private car park was also an added bonus (especially in Liverpool).

We had booked to stay here fri-mon but left a day early as despite what others have said our room was incredibly noisy. I was woken last night by shouting screaming and general rowdiness between 2-4 am from revellers walking past the building. The apartment whilst adequate needs a fresh lick of paint. The window in the main bedroom needs replacing as it was almost falling off. To be fair it Was all very clean and they left things you would need tea coffee biscuits etc as well as washing up liquid. The reception staff were nice. Based on my experience I wouldn’t stay here again as I do need some sleep to function !
