We stay in various hotels as a couple / family around the UK, but this is by far our favourite. It's such a beautiful hotel. But what really makes it is the staff! They really are a cit above. The location is great and the rooms are so well equipped. I really can't find fault with any part of our third stay. If you're ever in Liverpool, you really need to stay here!

Lovely, quirky decor and a good sized room. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the shopping centre, restaurants, and Albert Dock. There is a secure multi-story car park right next door, which was fairly reasonably priced for a city centre. The breakfast was very good with continental and cooked options, and take away cups so you can make a coffee to go. We were even given a complimentary cocktail each for my husband’s birthday. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had our wedding reception here and couldn't be more impressed. Thanks to Cristina and her team everything was organised brilliantly despite a short time frame. The hotel itself is well presented and the bar in the entrance was a lovely place to have our welcome drinks. The wedding room was decorated just as we had imagined and was the perfect space for a smaller reception party. The views are stunning and even in January guests were enjoying the little balcony all evening. We had a buffet and the food was delicious Everything came out hot and there was plenty of it. We had lots of compliments throughout the night on the choice of food. The staff who were on that night were lovely and friendly. They were all very helpful and kept us up to date through the night with what was going on. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. The location is brilliant for exploring Liverpool. The rooms were clean and modern. The bathrooms are fabulous with a big bath and rainfall shower. Thank you Malmaison for making our wedding day so special!

My name is Stephen and l stayed in the Malmaison last weekend. I have stayed here once before ,and l most certainly be back. From arriving at the hotel l was met with a smile from a lovely woman, l think she may be Spanish and very helpful. My room on the 5th floor was absolutely spotless, everything in the room was perfect. The breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful in particular Maya and the other lady who greeted me, l forget her name, sorry! The breakfast was excellent and served quickly. On the Saturday night l had an evening meal in the restaurant which was first class and served with excellent manners from the staff. I will be back soon in Liverpool and look forward to staying in the Malmaison. Sincere thanks, Stephen Macdonald

I came from Cambridge with my family to have a nice stay in a nice and lovely city Liverpool and we had 2 rooms to stay for 2 days during the weekend. 1 room for me and my wife and my son and the other room for my mother as we celebrating my wife birthday and from reception we met Asia she was so nice and so helpful with us and give us 2 lovely rooms close to each other with a nice view. So we had a really lovely stay and again I would love to thank the lovely receptionist Asia for all her help for us during the stay
