“Great hotel”
Great hotel in a good location. Rooms clean and comfortable. All staff welcoming and friendly. Nice touch with the drinks in the hotel room and free of charge. “A great stay”
Great decor and design in the rooms. Loved the retro stuff. Comfortable pillows and bed, great range of shower amenities from Biology and pantry items. Check-in was quick and smooth. The body lotion container was empty unfortunately. Overall, another great stay at in IHG chain

“Housekeeping needs something to be desired.”
I think this is more a commercial hotel rather than one for tourists. Staff are welcoming. There is a Marco Pierre White restaurant on site which was good.
