Having stayed at Blue Indigo back in 2023 I've fallen in love with this hotel. It's got great amenities especially in the rooms, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Location is great as its quite close to a range of locations and bits you may wish to visit and also in a quieter less busy street for those that prefer to chill. I've been back many times for coffees and drinks in the bar when visiting the city as I just love the hotel and staff are so friendly

“Nice Hotel”

Lovley hotel Food was so good at dinner time. Must have lunch there for £10.00 fish goujons in a baguette with mushy peas and side salad bargin and very nice.Staff were fab did every thing to help use.Stayed in a room with wine beer and crisps every day and so clean. Lovley hotel Food was so good at dinner time. Must have lunch there for £10.00 fish goujons in a baguette with mushy peas and side salad bargin and very nice.Staff were fab did every thing to help use.Stayed in a room with wine beer and crisps every day and so clean. Only thing I was disoppointed with was the size of the room Quite small but every thing else was fab and all the Staff in the restraunt were very helpful . Good location and quiet at evening

“Housekeeping needs something to be desired.”

I think this is more a commercial hotel rather than one for tourists. Staff are welcoming. There is a Marco Pierre White restaurant on site which was good. However housekeeping leaves much to be desired. We were staying for three nights. Everything was ready in our room on arrival. We came bac… more

I think this is more a commercial hotel rather than one for tourists. Staff are welcoming. There is a Marco Pierre White restaurant on site which was good. However housekeeping leaves much to be desired. We were staying for three nights. Everything was ready in our room on arrival. We came back on the second day to find the wine glasses and cups hadn't been washed. There were no teabags and the bed looked as the the bottom sheet hadn't been touched. On the third day it had been raining heavily and we were tired. We got back to the hotel about 2.30 wanting a cup of tea and a shower. Nothing had been done to the room. Glasses and cups were unwashed, the bed wasn't made. The refreshment tray hadn't been replenished. So no tea and no showers (in case someone arrived). When we mentioned it on both occasions it was rectified but I think it should have been done before.

“Average hotel - nothing awful but nothing amazing”

I stayed at the Hotel Indigo for three nights and had an average experience. I was in a disabled adapted room which meant I had some extra room. I stayed at the Hotel Indigo for three nights and had an average experience. I was in a disabled adapted room which meant I had some extra room. However, my bed was made up of two singles with a very noticable dip in the middle where the matresses were pushed together. The main lights for the room could also only be controlled from one side of the bed, despite switches being by both sides. My room overlooked the outside bar area and I could hear noise until quite late on all three nights. The room was also very gloomy as there was one small window. Housekeeping was efficient and the room was clean and tidy on each day. The hot and continental selection at breakfast was quite limited but pleasant enough.
