“Great stay for Beatles Birthday Treat..Grandaughter and Nana”
A really lovely stay for two Beatles fans. Very clean spacious room, bedding and towels also clean. Front desk, especially Emma, room staff, breakfast staff all excellent, obliging and very welcoming. Shame only one tea/coffee dispenser in dining room as one not working bit of a queue....it hap... more

“It’s FAB but …”
I love this hotel so much, it’s gorgeous & a fantastic location. I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when in town. A few niggles. The lighting in the rooms is awful for doing makeup or hair, there is a lack of mirrors & sockets. The shower pressure is poor. The noise is bad early in the morn... more

“Hard Days Night meets Help!”
Well located hotel, with friendly staff and good service. The place needs a bit of a freshening up. Looks worn, tired, and the restaurant decor is very basic. Still, you’re right around the corner from Matthew Street where it all happened, so that’s a big plus!
