“Great stay”
The pillows were hard but hotel was great and the staff are brilliant and really friendly. Especially Valentine. The hotel is airy and the communal areas are nice. There is ample parking too. Perfect for what we wanted. We will be back in January.

“Yearly trip to see lights”
The hotel has been refurbished. The room we were in was perfect for a person in a wheelchair. The staff were friendly. The food was fine. The hotel was within walking distance of the prom. We will be back next year.
