“Cold ,needs refurbishment, and staff training ”
The room was cold, heating came on at 14.00,the lift kept breaking down,was awful. The food was good. They said the heating was on a timer and couldn't reset it.will not be going there again. The staff was OK, didn't know what they doing some of the time

No tea coffee or milk upon arrival had to go to reception and ask also urine n tissue in toilet from previous guests no soap and shower gel in dispensers in bathroom and room cold … apart from that hotel is nice breakfast spot on and entertainment was good in the evening .. housekeeping needs addre… more
