“STUNNING”
We were lucky enough to stay in the Mallard Lakeside suite which was stunningly beautiful. I have never stayed somewhere so comfortable or as special. “Gets it all right. For a price.”
Beautifully furnished, newspapers and magazines to read, great service. Very clean. Stunning views. Lovely toilets. The bar area is stunning with polished wood and stained glass. Truly one of the loveliest hotel bars ever. Pricey but you (usually) get what you pay for.

“Beautiful hotel and grounds.”
Perfect stay. Can’t fault anything. Room was huge as was bed. Bed super comfy and gorgeous bedding. Staff all lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and served rather than buffet style. Receptionist Olivia showed us around the hotel before taking us to our room, lovely touch..

What a fantastic stay-room 4 had a fabulous view of the lake and was literally a 2 minute walk away. The highlight for us were the staff - who's polite and professional service was excellent. “Fabulous afternoon tea”
We came in for a special afternoon tea and it was just fabulous. We loved sitting in front of the big window in the lounge. Very relaxed but still very nice. The festive afternoon tea and also the pescatarian afternoon tea were amazing. Very very unique.
