One of our group had problems with her bathroom, tap, and architraves but they were all fixed while we were out for the day following her afternoon report. Hope to stay here again. Lovely gardens to use but not in December. Lots of places to sit for pre-dinner drinks.

“Great for a stay over”

Didn’t have the option to choose another hotel as this was booked as part of a coach trip but I’m glad they chose this hotel! The evening meal was fabulous they put us in a room with just our coach party and it was lovely we all got talking to each other and the food was delicious all delivered in… more

Didn’t have the option to choose another hotel as this was booked as part of a coach trip but I’m glad they chose this hotel! The evening meal was fabulous they put us in a room with just our coach party and it was lovely we all got talking to each other and the food was delicious all delivered in a good timely manner- not rushed or too slow! The food was nice and tasty! The rooms were comfortable and clean the beds were cosy and we all had a decent nights sleep! There was nothing to complain about in the hotel!

We regularly stay at Knights Hill. A great location for visiting North Norfolk Coast and for a relaxing break. - Rooms are spacious and clean, comfy beds - Great breakfast - We choose to eat in the pub bar, very nice food, quick service and cosy feel - Staff are very friendly and helpful, a massive thumbs up to them all (especially Shania and Aidan) - Lovely big lounge area for meeting up with friends or family Overall a very nice friendly and inviting hotel, see you alll again soon

“Restaurant management needs attention”

Rooms spacious and clean, self service breakfast had a good selection but required us to take it at 7am, much earlier than we wanted, because they had another coach party arriving. Rooms spacious and clean, self service breakfast had a good selection but required us to take it at 7am, much earlier than we wanted, because they had another coach party arriving. Evening meals were chaotic. Again they requested everyone attend at the same time and then there were not enough staff to serve efficiently. Hot plates were handed out but they were cold by the time the food arrived and on both evenings we had to ask for a second dish of vegetables on a table of seven. We had to pre-order for the evening meals but the staff had no idea who had ordered what. Almost all of the serving staff were very young, nothing wrong with that, but they need guidance and supervision. Not once were we asked if everything was alright and few of the servers knew how to smile. Once it arrived the food was generally good except that the veggies were boiled to death.
