“Stunning”
Absolutely stunning hotel. Good breakfast. Fantastic service all around! Friendly and welcoming. Lovely quiet en'suite bedroom. I would definitely recommend 10/10. The piano lounge and bar with separate restaurant are both lovely and inviting.

“Great Hotel”
Fabulous hotel in a great location. 20 mins walk from ferry terminal. On the front overlooking the sea. Lovely restaurant and bar both serving great food. Nice, comfortable rooms with all amenities. Lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend.

“Over for the football !”
We stayed as part of our football club party over to play Fc Isle of Man. Rooms are a little small but good for a crash pad, bathroom was nice but toilets don’t flush very well !!! Good shower !! “Pretty average”
Back to the Empress. Not sure we'll go again. Dinner was no problem when we booked but fully booked when we arrived. Went out to Fig & Olive. That was miles better anyway. Breakfast pretty boring mass catering and not particularly appetising. Sticky floors to breakfast room. Bedroom was fine… more

“Good location”
Although modern and clean the room was extremely small and there was lots of noise from guests in the corridor. Breakfast was ok but a couple of mornings they couldn’t refill the items quick enough. Didn’t use the bar. Lots of coach parties. The staff were pleasant and helpful
