“The hotel exceeded all my expectations of a promenade hotel.”
We had no choice where to stay as we were part of a package from Great Railway Journeys. The hotel has obviously undergone some fantastic modernisation. “Highly Recommended”
This is a lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. We were part of a group, but were treated as individuals throughout our stay. Have stayed here a number of times over the years, most recently in August. “Excellent hotel”
Excellent meals with good menu choice, ideal location and staff very helpful. Spotlessly clean and nice lounge. Rooms very comfortable but had to pay extra for front room with view. Well worth it. Apparently some rooms have no windows or blocked out.
