“Great hotel. Excellent and helpful staff”
We went as part of a coach tour and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel, staff and food where excellent. Our bedroom was massive and very clean. The added bonus was the swimming pool and sauna. Very quiet location. Evening meal was nice and hot and the breakfast was superb.

“5 star service by staff”
The staff and service really made our stay fabulous at the Craigmonie Hotel in Inverness. Incredibly friendly, helpful and professional staff who looked after us and our little dog really well. Food was excellent also and hotel is in a good location.

Bedroom was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. My one complaint was staff member sitting at a table with "customers:" (friends?) and discussing management - this was 'disrespectful.
