This is a smartish hotel, along the lines of a premier inn, good value and very central to all travellers, maybe just bad timing but staff seemed disinterested, hair drier didn't work and door cards failed after first night ( can the industry not solve this) breakfast seemed expensive for continent… more

“Average experience and not that great”
Overall experience is not that great. Some how while booking the price was indicating the charges include breakfast however on check in we were told breakfast is excluded.
