“The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special”
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We stayed for one night before flying away for our honeymoon, and at dinner, our server Rita gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, a box of truffles and a sticky toffee pudding! “Ideal for a stopover”
Location just a very short walk from North Terminal. Always use this hotel as it does what it says on the can. “It's a Premier Inn at Gatwick (but not that Premier Inn at Gatwick)”
This is a good location if you need a place to crash at Gatwick airport before a morning flight. “Not the best”
Stayed here for one night before flying. Room clean and tidy, the air con didn’t work, the channel changer didn’t work. Which resulted in no tv and a very warm room that was uncomfortable.
