“Excellent breakfast”
The food and breakfast experience was great. The food tasty nice display and staff Cris, natalia were very good attentive and knowledgeable the sace was clean and good variety of items. Very few hiltons now a days have this level of good service

“Housekeeping were a great team”
I stayed over for 1 night before heading to the airport. The hotels location was ideal due to flight time. Housekeeping were really helpful throughout my stay. I dealt with Wilai in housekeeping who ensured I had everything I needed and was very welcoming and helpful.

Hotel and rooms are super comfortable. Staff always helpful and friendly. Anna and Daniela from cleaning services are best, they will take care of you and your room and arrange everything that you need. Breakfast 5 Rooms 5 Overall 5 Best choice in Gatwick Airport
