“Great place to stay”
This is a fantastic place to stay at when you finish England trip and head to Scotland. Very nice and clean. Very friendly and help staff, especially Daniel who is the star of this place. “Amazing customer service”
Great hotel, rooms clean, tidy and very comfortable. What really made our trip were the receptionist’s Amy and Ryan, we arrived late and they still gave a 5 star service with a lovely smiley welcome. “Better bar service needed nice location”
Hotel is great placed for milked & carter and motorways. Check in was slow, girls were good though esp Lucy. However the girl in the bar was in her second week and didn’t know drinks, at all, or water it turns out. The still water we paid for was actually sparkling, we had to direct her to the drin… more

“Dirty breakfast tables with leftovers left on them but on the whole, an okay hotel.”
The room was okay. Our son slept on a pull out sofa bed which left very little space to get to the window to open and close the curtains. Some of the cutlery at breakfast time was dirty and tables were left with used plates etc. on which gave breakfast goers limited clean tables to sit at. Our last… more
