“Great preflight stopover”
One night stopover before flying from Heathrow Terminal 5. Good bus service between hotel and terminal 5 - frequent and quick. Hotel very clean. Staff were efficient and friendly. “AMAAAZZZIINNGGG TIME”
What a wonderful Evening spent well at the Primiere Inn, I Had the MOST AMAZING NEGRONIS from James, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Alison and a DELICIOUS MEAL from the chefs. Can't wait to come back to try more. Thank you for a LOVELY TIME and see you soon❤️

“Good enough for an overnight”
Good enough for an overnight stay. We arrived late and left early. You can tell that this hotel gets a lot of traffic, rooms looking worn but we needed clean beds and a clean bathroom, can't beat it for the price I paid. “Smoke gets in your eyes (and up your nose)”
The exterior is looking a bit tired, but hotel and room was clean enough. Everywhere was clean, but looks like this hotel could be ready for a refurb. Breakfast and dinner were both good, but our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke which just took the edge of this stay
